Criteria:-
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 15years experience in oil industry
- Proven record of delivering deepwater (>500m) wells
- Strong EHS leadership and behaviours
- Knowledge of deepwater operations and subsea developments
- Good working knowledge of subsea completions, drilling with narrow PP/FG windows, gravel pack and smart completions
- Experience working in a remote location in a multicultural environment is preferred
- Varied drilling and completions engineering and operational experience with operations drilling experience
- Extensive experience in well construction operations, including the use of floating rigs
- IWCF Well Control certificate or equivalent, offshore medical and BOSIET required
- Extensive experience in well construction design engineering and planning
- A proven ability to coach, train and mentor staff
- Previous experience in the Egyptian Mediterranean in a JV considered an advantage
