Trainees: OIMs of a major oil operator
Criteria:-
- Technical degree with a minimum HND with experience
- 8years experience in a similar position
- Must have vast production operations experience, been an OIM himself
- Willing to travel to all Client's operations areas to provide hands on coaching and training
- Have extensive EP production operations experiences, been an OIM himself with training and development experiences to junior OIMs
- Responsible for the development of all Client's international OIMs
