- University Degree in Drilling or Production or Reservoir Engineering
- 15years experience in drilling & well completion or production or reservoir engineering
- 8years working offshore
- Must have designed and operational experience in sand control and ESP
- Sufficient understanding of offshore, subsurface operations
- Good knowledge and understanding of other functional areas
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international market
