- Degree in Engineering from a recognized university
- 5years offshore engineering experience
- In depth understanding of the NEC/IEC electrical design codes and standards
- Good command of the English language and effective communicator in English
- Must have thorough understanding of contract development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a multidiscipline team environment
