Criteria:-
- BSc in Engineering or Geo-Sciences
- 7years drilling related experience
- Valid IWCF well control certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience with water and oil based mud systems
- Operational experience preferably with jack up or tender assisted drilling rigs
- Well planning, surveillance and follow up
- Horizontal drilling experience with the utilization of rotary steerable system
- Well intervention experience
- Well reporting and cost estimation
