Criteria:-
- HND, HNC or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 8years experience in E&P environment with extensive exposure in various phases of upstream development
- Mature with excellent communication skills, leadership qualities
- Able to influence other on key issues and resolve conflicts
- Analytical, able to understand complexity of the upstream development value chain
- Able to work independently, set direction and lead the team to achieve the company's goals and objectives
- Must be able to respond to emergency calls as needed and work extended hours as appropriate
