- BSc in Engineering or Geo-Science
- 12years drilling related experience
- Valid IWCF well control certificate or equivalent
- Experience in handling at least two drilling rigs operation simultaneously
- Horizontal drilling experience with the utilization of rotary steerable system
- Well intervention experience
