Criteria:-
- Bachelor Degree or HNC
- Experience in engineering, construction pr project management
- 10years fabrication experience on Major capital Projects including FPSO, topsides or plant including load out and heavy lift
- Good written and communication skills
- Experience in managing contractors
- Successful major capital projects experience associated with facilities engineering and construction
- Ability to develop or execute new processes
- Experience in working within multidiscipline and multicultural teams on large major capital projects
- Experience in establishing team work plans, priorities, roles and responsibilities
- Recognized as providing positive team environment
