Criteria:-
- Leadership and supervisory roles for a group of Engineering Inspectors
- Provide direction to Inspectors including determining workloads, setting schedules, adjusting priorities, giving technical and recommend improvements
- Responds to questions and resolve complaints & problem regarding codes and regulations, inspection schedules, inspection results and code compliance requirements
- To act as CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector relevant to the scope of work assigned to the inspector
- To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the inspection activities
- Evaluate and review the Company, other Contractor and their sub-contractor NDT specifications and procedures
- Supervise other inspection personnel and organize inspection related work
