Criteria:-
- To perform and carry-out inspection of pressure vessels, drums, towers, columns, tanks, heat exchanger, furnaces, heaters and other equipment common to O&G industry
- To liaise with DOSH on inspection of DOSH registered equipment
- To coordinate NDE activities required for the pressure vessel welding and repair works and review relevant NDE reports
- To record all inspection findings into the applicable inspection forms in a legible, understandable and proper manner for each and every inspection
- To prepare, certify and approve any repair or modification procedure which may be necessary for the equipment
- To review and evaluate inspection findings, and recommend required corrective action
- To carry out fitness for service assessment of pressure vessels according to API 579 and other relevant fitness for service codes
