- HND in Civil or Building Engineering
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5years experience in design, construction and maintenance associated with O&G Facilitites as well as in Building Maintenance
- Attended all relevant core HSE and development courses
- Practical engineering knowledge and the ability to use PC
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate, motivate and direct contractor staffs
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
