Duration: 1year with extension option
Criteria:-
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology
- Postgraduate qualifications are essential
- Posses in-depth geophysical knowledge and exposure both in geophysical engineering analyses and fieldwork
- Supervisory and leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Demonstrate performance criteria as stipulated in IMCA Party Chief S01 Competence Tables
- Key member of the Project team and work closely with the Project manager for all phases of the project through to final acceptance
- Ensuring all equipment and personnel are mobilised and tested or calibrated as appropriate
- Ensure project quality objectives are achieved, quality documentation, recording and maintenance of site quality records
- Assist during project execution with vessel's captain on logistics
- Bring to the immediate attention of supervisors and managers any situation that mat present serious or imminent danger to people, equipment, property or the environment
