Criteria:-
- HND graduate in business, management studies or equivalent
- 3years experience in various business management activities or administrative support
- Computer literate, proactive, able to deal with multiple tasks at a time
- Experiences with various cultures diversity & working with management team
- Office or project management skills would be advantageous
- Basic SAP knowledge
- Possess basic computing skills and working knowledge on MS Work, Excel, Power Point software
- Highly developed interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills are essential to support external lecturers
- Good fluency in spoken and written English, additional languages can be advantageous
- Internal and external networks
- Understanding and ability to work in an e-learning and onine environment
- Pro-active and able to operate independently when required
