- Degree in Engineering
- Certified to provide industry recognized certification e.g. IADC
- 20years experience related to drilling, workover rig well control equipment and procedures
- Familiar with all areas of well control equipment e.g. installation, operations, testing, maintenance and etc
- Experience in conducting well control training
