- College level education or diploma or certification or equivalent
- Proficient in use of computers and programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes
- Read, write and speak fluent English as required to function effectively within a project team
- Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual environment
- Ability to work in harsh environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to travel; live away from home for extended time periods
