- Graduate Engineer, HTS, HND
- 10years Well Engineering experience of which at least 2years as Drilling Supervisor and 2years as Well Operations Engineer
- Experience in HPHT is an advantage
- Valid IWCF certificate at combined surface and sub sea supervisor
- Have attended the SIEP Advanced Drilling Techniques course level
