- 20years upstream O&G or hydrocarbon processing industry experience extending over a range of onshore & offshore project
- Demonstrable, project or programme lead responsibility for significant work
- Ability to mentor and coach other Project Managers
- Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver a programme of works
- Developed management and interpersonal skills with the capability to lead a cross functional team
- Awareness and sensitivity to multinational exposures and cultures
