- University degree or technical diploma or certification or equivalent
- Proficient in use of computer and programs i.e. Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Must be able to effectively prepare organized safety information for distribution and use by the Project Leadership Team
- Read, write and speak fluent English as required to function effectively Project Team
