- University degree in Engineering
- 8years engineering experience in the EP industry is required to provide the necessary overview of the business
- Exposure to production operations and maintenance would be an advantage
- Experience in handling decommissioning related issues and relevant regulatory policies
- Good communication skills and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential
- Experience in developing fit-for-purpose and adaptable solutions suitable for Brownfield Offshore facilities that can deliver maximum value to the business without compromising HSE
- Demonstrated evidence of business savings and improvements in the EP environment.
- Flexibility to work and deliver outside area of comfort zone.
- Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic, high-performing, multi-discipline team
