Criteria:-
- Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical
- 10years experience related to drilling fluid technology, design, mud property control and performance evaluation
- 7years experience as an onsite Mud Engineer
- Knowledgeable in all areas mud design, mud additives characteristics and rig mud facilities
- Knowledgeable in areas of lost return abatement, seepage control, ballooning and hole stability management
- Able to conduct test or interpret test results for proper control of mud properties
- Familiar with EMDC's borehole behavior control and strategy
