Criteria:-
- Valid and recognized Master Class 1 Certificate of Competency with tanker endorsement
- 10years maritime experience i.e. petroleum cargo operation handling
- 3years experience as Master of Cargo Supervisor on FSO, FPSO
- Must have GMDSS certification - GOC certificate
- Must be in possession of a ship security officer certificate
- Certified as an PFSO Certificate
- Must have an Advance Oil Tanker Safety Certificate
- Must have attended and Advanced Fire Figting Course
- Strong management, supervisory and interpersonal skill
- Experience in managing and implementing marine ISM code
- Familiar with O&G Industries HSE Standards i.e. Permit To Work, Safety Management System, Emergency Response and Oil Spill Response Management
- Good understanding of relevant legislative requirement with respect to overall operations of the FSO marine terminal
- Must be able to take the responsibility of a Helicopter Landing Officer and have been certified
- Must be qualified and competent in performing first aid and CPR
- Familiar with providing early medical assistance
- Must be well versed with all the administration requirement
- Must have good command of spoken and written English
- Client preferred Thai and Malaysian nationalities
