- Holds Engineering or Science Degree
- 15years experience in Drilling engineering and operations
- International experience including at least 3years in South East Asia
- 5years experience with deepwater drilling operations, greater than 1000m water depth
- 5years experience as a drilling superintendent, at least 3years in deep water
- Experience with several types of drilling rig, well planning oversight and managing the operations
