Criteria:-
- Valid and recognized Class 3 Certificate of Competency with tanker endorsement
- 6years maritime experience with at least 2years experience in the minimum capacity as Second Officer of FSO, FPSO, Petroleum Tanker
- Must have GMDSS certification
- Must have attended an Advanced Oil Tanker Operational Safety Course
- Must be in possession of an Advanced Gas Tester Certificate within 3months employment
- Must have attended Damage Control Team and Mercury Awareness Training within 3months employment
- Familiar with emergency responce and a member of the emergency response or damage control team
- Good experience in managing and implementing marine ISM Cose, O&G Industries HSE Standards
- Must be able to take the responsibility of a Helicopter Landing Officer and have been certified
- Must be qualified and competent in performing first aid and CPR and familiar with providing early medical assistance
- Good experience in the management of maintenance and inspection program for ships
- Well versed in the supervision of all offloading activities i.e. floating hose, hawser and other related equipment
- Familiar with all administration requirement for the export and sale of crude
- Good understanding of relevant legislative requirement with respect to overall operations of the FSO terminal
- Familiar with the management of materials, spare parts, consumables, lubricant, chemical, etc
- Familiar in generating the work program and budget for marine section
- Must have good command of written and spoken English
- Client preferred Thai and Malaysian Nationalities
