Criteria:-
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent with good knowledge in multi-discipline engineering
- 8years experience in O&G industries related work design, construction, commissioning and Project Management
- Multi-discipline engineering knowledge
- Good leadership and negotiating skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of working under considerable pressure whilst maintaining the ability to plan, co-ordinate, motivate and direct staff
