- 5years experience in construction site HSE safety management
- Ability to work at all levels from senior management to barge superintendents
- Strong written and spoken English
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Experience with working with a range of cultures and nationalities
- Strong interpersonal and engaging skills with staff at all levels alike
- Good coaching and supervisory skills
- Self motivated, and defends minimum standards
- Team worker
