- Engineering Degree or Certification as Project Services Manager or equivalent
- 12years industry experience in project services management positions
- Experience in managing multi discipline teams of senior project services personnel
- Good communication skills
- Able to work and communicate with staff from a wide range of technical backgrounds and management levels.
- Practical, good business sense and strong analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Coaching or mentoring team members
