Criteria:-
- Degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline.
- 8years relevant contract management experience, especially in engineering project related activities in the O&G industries
- Experience in developing & implementing effective contract strategies for major projects will be an added advantage.
- Significant materials management experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work and communicate with staff from a wide range of technical backgrounds and management levels.
- Practical, good business sense and strong analytical skills and innovative thinker.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- Coaching or mentoring team members
