- HND or graduate recruits, on completion of a +12 months induction program.
- At least 10 years experience in petrochemical industry·
- Taking responsible for jobs in hand: safety, quality, progress, costs·
- Role model for other designers·
- Track record of delivery·
- Ability to coach
- Staff with A-level education having longer experience in Supplies including experiences as an Assistant Buyer/Inventory Controller or expeditor.
