Location: North of Oman
Commence: Aug2011
Duration: 6months with extension option
Criteria:-
- BSc or MS in Geology.
- 5years as a production geologist.
- Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- Strong computer mapping skills, preferably with Landmark Graphics or Petrel
- Extensive experience using subsurface data to recommend and plan new well locations.
- Knowledge of core analysis applications.
- Basic understanding of formation logging and petrophysical analysis.
- Experience with Petrel and building static models preferred but not required
