- 45years old and less than 62years old
- BTEC Accreditation or Diploma in Teaching & Education or Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent academic discipline
- 8years experience related to Traning especially in BTEC area or equivalent
- Experience in O&G industries is an advantage.
- Possess the competencies in conducting training and assessment for training such as Dual Skill, BTEC, PTW, PECAS and E-Learning
- Able to implement and monitor all activities related to Learning function and providing staff with the necessary skill, knowledge and attitude in a structured way and continual assessment
