Criteria:-
- Bachelor Degree either in Quantity Surveying, LLB, Construction Laws or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree qualification must possess a relevant post-graduate qualification. i.e LLM, MSc (Construction Law) or equivalent.
- Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- 10years of relevant experience in all aspects of claims handling, management involving loss & expenses, variations disputes or extension of time, Contract advisory function, dispute resolution in either the O&G industries or construction works and etc
- Good IT skills
- Familiarity with relevant local statutes i.e limitation act, contracts act, evidence act etc and international and local arbitration rules and acts.
- Understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation and commercial issues, able to cope with complexity and uncertainty.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
