- To train and assess the basic requirement for a Pipe Fitter
- Communicate clearly with management and transfer the information required to the workforce
- Understand and enforce the HSE requirements
- To monitor and report progress
- Must have the drive and ambition to achieve set times and targets
- To understand all drawings and symbols
- Have the ability to solve minor structural problems
