- 65years old and below
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 20years experience in drilling industry
- 10years experience as Senior Well Engineer
- 3years experience as HPHT Well Design Engineer and design 2 HPHT Wells
- 3years rig site experience as Well Site Drilling Engineer or as Operator Representative
- Experience in develop HPHT manual, guidelines for government authority
- Experience in WellCat or equivalent HPHT Drilling software
- 10years experience with operator
