- Must speak fluent English
- Must have a strong outgoing personality
- Must have Trade Certification
- Prior teaching experience required
- Practical, on the job experience as a welder is a must
- Knowledge of AFC drawings and weld symbols.
- Working knowledge of different steel and pipe sections preferred
- Substantial supervisory teaching experience in all welding methods.
- Provide continuous improvement in the quality of ND welding capabilities
- Must have hands on mentality
- Must be physically fit
- Strong and persuasive personality
- Ambitious and looking for a challenging work environment
