Criteria:-
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Preferably of Charted Engineer status or equivalent with good knowledge in multi-discipline engineering.
- 10years experience in O&G related work encompassing design, construction, commissioning
- 5years in project engineering & management including well tie-in execution.
- Good leadership skills and resource management capability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Core discipline and project management training program.
- capable of working under considerable pressure whilst maintaining the ability to plan, co-ordinate, motivate and direct staff.
