- 10years experience in the field of offshore construction, painting, supervising a multi discipline work force engaged in installation and static maintenance and experience in the marine operations
- Good technical knowledge, NACE 1 or British Gas 2 or equivalent and marine operations experience
- Has proven interpersonal skill associated with managing an offshore construction or painting work force
- Knowledge on Scaffolding, QAQC and marine
