Criteria:-
- 10years experience in drilling operations
- 5years as Senior,Staff, Principal Well Engineer
- 3years as HPHT well design engineer and design minimum 2 HPHT well
- 7years working experience with Operator
- Good communication and reporting
- Operational drilling & completions experience with 15Kpsi wells, 20Kpsi wells, ERD wells, exploration & development wells
- Knowledge of HPHT pore pressure prediction and evaluation techniques
- Expert and trainer experience in the following software i.e. Streecheck, Wellcat, Wellplan
