Criteria:-
- Review QAQC related procedures e.g Welding procedure Specification (WPS), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Non Destructive Procedures (NDT)
- Evaluate contractor's quality performance
- Conduct failure investigation works, plan testing, inspection and evaluate results and provide recommendations
- Established informative database and provide technical input to Design, Construction, Procurement, Production and Maintenance Department
- Provide total technical integrity solutions and expertise through technical review, compliance, check strategies, philosophies, standards and specifications to domestic and international
- Provide assistance, input to CSR on the progress, change orders and site safety surveillance
