Criteria:-
- BA degree or College with a major in HSE
- Diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA)
- 5years experience, preferably in the oil or petrochemical industry
- Good knowledge of Chinese safety regulation and the process of O&G treatment
- Knowledge of safety equipment and practices used on site
- Computer literacy
- A rigorous and methodical approach and the ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and contractors
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- competent and independent in field, must show common sense and organizational ability
- Chinese mandatory, English an advantage
