Criteria:-
- B.Sc Engineering, or tertiary education
- 10years of Drilling and Completion Engineering experience, to include a period as an offshore Drilling Supervisor
- 15years experience in Drilling Operations
- 5years as an offshore OIM, Rig Supt, Toolpusher
- 5years as an offshore Senior Drilling Supervisor
- Possess a valid IWCF Well Control Certificate
- Comprehensive understanding of operational and technical drilling and completion operations
- Safety Leadership management skills including incident, accident investigation
- High level of communication skills
