Criteria:
- High level of experience in CCMS and SAP systems
- Ensure timely reporting of contract activities
- Assist Contract Specialist with the preparation and issuing of contracts and orders as required
- Maintaining general Office Equipment & Supplies including processing of the respective stationary orders
- Manual an electronic filing database for the team
