- Technical Secondary School or College with a major in chemical technology
- 5years experience with similar equipment and plants, preferably in LNG, O&G or petrochemical industries
- 3years experience as a Senior Operator
- Computer literacy is an advantage
- A rigorous and methodical approach, an ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and contractors
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Command of Chinese mandatory
