- Malaysian Certificate of Education MCE, SPM
- Certification Scheme Welding Inspection Programme (CSWIP) or NACE

- working construction drawings, specifications.
- onshore and offshore safe work procedures.
- fluent in of speaking, writing, understanding English, Malay
