- Degree in engineering or related field.
- For engineering background, 10years drilling operations with 5years senior drilling position, offshore and onshore.
- For non-engineering background, 10years in senior drilling supervisor position.
- 3years as Drilling Superintendent.
- Knowledge in well completion, reservoir, testing, geology, etc.
- fluent in written and oral English.
