Criteria:-
- Technical background.
- Engineering degree.
- A qualified construction engineer
- 10years experience in O&G pipeline execution offshore.
- Experience in Heavy Lifts
- experience on the client as well as the contractor side will be an advantage.
- Full understanding of HSE management principles and their applications
- knowledge of HSE regulations including procedures, guidelines and work instructions.
