Criteria:-
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Management or Business Administration.
- 5years in handling contracts and purchases for upstream O&G
- develop specifications and requires analysis to balance the value of completing bids.
- Knowledge of contractrual law
- knowledge in contracts management, to PSC project activities, construction, fabrication of facilities
- knowledge of procurement policies and O&G procedures
- knowledge of Supply Base, Warehouse operations
