- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Management, Business Administration
- 3years in procurement drilling activities in upstream O&G
- handling contracts and purchases in exploration and development drilling
- develop specifications and analysis of competing bids
- knowledge of contractual law
- knowledge of supply base, warehouse operations
