- Degree in Civil Engineering, majoring in structural or equivalent
- 10years in O&G Structural Engineer
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid HUET & Offshore Survival Certificate (NOSP or NPSP)
- worked 2 projects similar nature for PSC operators
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer literate
- write, communicate clear & comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
