Criteria:-
- BSc in Electronic & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, 12years in Oil & Gas facilities / plants pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- or Diploma in Electronic & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, with 18 years hands-on experience
- worked in 2 offshore hookup and commissioning projects and involved in commissioning
- startup of 1 gas compressor project.
- knowledge of offshore Oil & Gas safety standards.
- hands on pre-commissioning and commissioning experience with Distributed Control System, Profibus / Foundation Fieldbus System; Instrumented Protective System / Safety Instrumented System; Fire and Gas System; Mechanical equipment package instrument and control systems, e.g. turbine generators, turbine compressors, instrument air compressors and dryers, heat exchangers, fuel gas systems, flare system, chemical injection systems, etc.
- Experience with Project Completion Management systems such as WinPCS, etc.
- knowledge of process control and flow metering & measurement
