Criteria:-
- valid Safety and Health Certificate or equivalent from DOSH and NIOSH
- 5years in O&G fabrication yards / offshore oil field
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Valid HUET & Offshore Survival Certificate (NOSP or NPSP)
- experience in HSE Planning, execution, control and monitoring in fabrication yard or plant or offshore platform
- worked 2 project similar nature to PSC operators
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Computer literate
- write, communicate clear & comprehensive verbal reports and instructions
